At Home On-Demand Yoga etc
Yoga and meditation have been shown to have multiple positive effects on mental health. It can just be so hard to find the time to go to a class. This is the perfect solution. Classes that go from 10 mins to 2 hours. Too easy. These are the ones that I’ve tried. I’m sure there are others if you want to go searching.
Keep in mind I don’t work with addictions but these lovely people reached out to me because of a blog on surviving the mental health impact of Covid-19. They have LOTS of great information on their site for people with addictions and families/partners etc of those that do.
